America meets Asia - in the heart of Uppsala, Sweden. At Jay Fu's, we serve the best from the East and West; hearty meat dishes from the grill that mingle with Asian specialities and taste experiences. Our inspiration is Kung-Fu master, stunt man, and restaurateur Jay Fu and his American-Asian steakhouse that flourished in the California desert in the 1960’s and 70’s. You find us at the top of Uppsala saluhall at S:t Eriks Torg.
